He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Lee Humphrey and Lillian Wright Humphrey Jackson; his wife Lois A. McCall; and his siblings, Harry Humphrey, Clifford Humphrey, Raymond Humphrey and Alberta Haney Mack.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy W Humphrey of Lisbon, Kim Sprouse (Randy) of Lisbon and Lynn M. Humphrey (Robert Cunningham) of Lisbon; his grandchildren, Michael J. Sprouse (Jaime), Heather M. Mason (Aaron) and Sarah M. Saunders (Angie); and his great grandchildren, Hannah M. Sprouse and Cooper A. Mason. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
