He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer S. Ketchum and Evelyn Jarvis VanRoyen; and his stepfather Philip VanRoyen of Salineville. He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his children, Tina Smith (Rick) of New Cumberland, Bill (Jae Hee) of Canfield, Doug (Tanya) of Lisbon and Jack (Kerri) of Weirton; his grandchildren, Eva Hollidge (Jeff), Haileigh, Garrett, Hillarie, Samantha, Jackson and Adison; his great grandchild Brantley Hollidge; his uncle Glenn Jarvis; and his aunt Agnes Ward (Jarvis). He is also survived by his kids and grandkids.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the number of people in the funeral home at one time will be limited to maintain proper social distancing protocols.
