She was predeceased by: her parents, William Blair and Mable Blair (Blevins); her husband Carl W. Rouse; her son Michael Gilbert; and her brothers, William Blair and Charles Blair.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Rouse of Leetonia and Bruce Gilbert of Mentor; and her siblings, Gurlene Ketchum of Salineville, Wanda Burris of Lisbon, Eva Lee Hemphill of Florida, Bob Blair of Florida and Richard Blair of Boardman. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
