It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Virginia L. Harley of Lisbon, Ohio, born in Rogers, Ohio, who passed away on May 26, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris Swaney and Lois Rambo Swaney; and her husband John Richard Harley. She is survived by: her sister Velma Neville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and many great nieces and great nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Akeso Home Health and Hospice, 3000 Belmont Ave, Youngstown, OH 44505.
