It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma Damron (Lisbon, Ohio), born in Wytheville, Virginia, who passed away on October 22, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Wright and Virginia Wright (Dalton); her husband Elmer F. Damron; and her sons, Elmer Franklin Damron and James C. Damron.
She is survived by: her children, Roy A. Damron (Cathy) of Prattville, Susan Henderson (James) of Lisbon, Gary G. Damron of Lisbon and Jerry W. Damron (Becky) of Autaugaville, Alabama; and her sister Nancy Arnold (Charles) of Wytheville, Virginia. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; and 4 great great grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.
