She is survived by: her friend Church; her siblings, Richard Thomas Mix Jr. of Lisbon and Peggy Sue Cook (Robert) of Palm City, Florida; and her nieces and nephews, Leah Mix, Jennifer Lee Cook, Thomas J. Cook and Leonard Truman Cook.
