He is survived by: his significant other Alexis Brendlinger (Lex); his mother Amy Guy (Sebring); his brothers, Justin Leigh Guy (Amanda) and Seth Daniel Guy (Kaylee); his nieces, Kimber, Khalee, Aria and Kennedy; his nephew Matthew; and his grandmother Mary Evelyn Brenner. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
