She was predeceased by: her father John Phelps. She is survived by: her mother Judy Phelps; her daughter Autumn Campbell; her fiancé Tyler; her fiancé's child Maloree; her sister Shelley Berardino (Donnie); and the father of her child Craig Campbell.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Laughlin Cremation & Funeral Tributes (222 Washington Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15216).
