Westover (Blazer); his children, Tami Lynn Westover Miller of Salem and Ronald Bradley Westover (Michele Rae) of Irwin, PA; his sister Beverly J. Rittegar of Rogers; and his grandchildren, Jason Miller (Angela) of Kansas, Patrick Miller (Nicole) of Salem, Cory Miller of East Liverpool, Rebecca Watson (Victor) of Irwin, Brian Westover of Vandergrift, PA and Emma Westover of Irwin, PA. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
