He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Baldwin and Grace Baldwin (Tice); his brother Roger Eugene Baldwin; his former wife Linda Baldwin-Howe (Shaw); and his mother-in-law Esther Shaw.
He is survived by: his daughters, Becky Chamberlain (Tim) of Salem and Beth Baldwin of Lisbon; his sisters, Judith Neiser (late David) of Columbiana, Jane Rose (late Jerry) of East Liverpool and Mary Spooner of East Liverpool; his stepgrandchildren, Laura Chamberlain and David Chamberlain; and his sister-in-law Lois Scharf. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
