He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Flugan and Ruth Flugan (Reese); his sisters, Barbara Brownfield and Betty Wagler; and his nieces and nephews, Eric, Thomas and Matthew.
He is survived by: his former wife Kathryn Heddy; his children, Eric, Thomas, Matthew and Lisa; his wife Kimberly Buck; his sons, Brian and Jesse Flugan; his siblings, Frances McMillen (Arnold) and Ronald Flugan (Carol); and his grandchildren, Sunny, Sara and Susan.
Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, private family funeral services will be held Wednesday at the Eells-Leggett-Stauffer Funeral Home with Evangelist Robert Buck providing a message of comfort and hope.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Angels for Animals, 4750 W South Range Rd, Canfield, OH 44406.
