He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Perry E.; his grandmother Loree Arter Petrick (Ward); his wife Linda Kay Arter (Beeson); his children, Polly A. Arter of Rogers, Perry F. Arter of Lisbon and Bessie E. Oesch (Norman) of Calcutta; his sister Darleen Wheeler of Las Vegas, Nevada; his grandchildren, Jenny, Mandy, Brittany, Earl, Dathan, Megan, Robbie, Trista, Bradley, Hunter and Zayden; his great grandchildren, Grayson, RJ, Kerrigan and Carter; his siblings, Donna Arter, Bessie Kellner and Donald Arter; and his brother-in-law David Wheeler.
