She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Cusick and Barbara Morey Cusick; her son Erick Davis; and her brother Douglas Cusick. She is survived by: her children, Jason Davis (Ashleigh) of East Palestine and Amanda Walton (Joseph); her siblings, Steven Cusick (Julie), Gerald Cusick (Chrissy) and Cynthia Hillberry (Dennis); and her grandchildren, Adelaide Adkins (Matt), Amelia Walton, Chauncy Walton, Andelyn Walton, Analise Davis, Corbin Davis (Jude Davis) and Emery.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Crest Haven Memorial Gardens (6086 OH-7, New Waterford, OH 44445). A reception will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Portage Community Chapel (6490 OH-14, Ravenna, OH 44266).
