She is survived by: her parents, Michael Smith of Columbiana and Faith Webb of Lisbon; her husband Tim M. Felt; her children, Gabriel, Cohen, Pheloni and Everleigh; her siblings, Brad Smith of Lisbon and Kellee Smith of Seattle, WA; her parents-in-law, Mike and Barbara Felt of Struthers; and her grandmothers, Liz Brown, Margaret Gibson and Mary Webb.
