She was predeceased by: her brother Ben Medley. She is survived by: her husband Dale H. Henceroth; her children, Jacob Henceroth, Sara Jane Henceroth, Salem (Tim James), Emily Henceroth and Loudonville (Trevor Kirkpatrick); her mother Naomi Jane Medley of Steubenville; her brother Dr. Mike Medley (Debbie) of Virginia; and her friend Nathaniel Smith.
