He is survived by: his wife Kathy Woodburn (Bowen); his daughters, Candace Batholow (Jon) of Leetonia, Lisa McCoy (Mike) of Lisbon and Michelle Bowers (Dan) of Salem; his siblings, Helen Titus (Robert "Lee") of Tyler County and Benny Woodburn (Connie) of North Carolina; and his grandchildren, Tyler Bowers, Hannah Bowers, Emily McCoy and Olivia McCoy.
