As Kenneth departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Kenneth. Though Kenneth may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

He was predeceased by: his mother Doris Jean Rudy (Parker). He is survived by: his father Leroy Allen Rudy (Leah) of Lisbon; his wife Rebecca L. Rudy (Schaefer); and his siblings, Carol Warner of Youngstown, Missy Barnes of Salem and Larry Rudy of Salem. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and by numerous cousins and countless friends.

Then during the pandemic, he began working for Diamond Back as a thrower, then back again to Dailey's and Ohio Valley Waste as a loader, and most recently he returned to East Liverpool City Schools to drive bus and work as a substitute custodian again.
