He was predeceased by: his father Dennis Paul Mountz; his grandparents, Russ, Helen Mountz, Andrew, Margaret Luketic, Bill and Miney Cain; and his cousins, Andrew, Matthew Preteroti and Carter Good.
He is survived by: his mother Robin Luketic Mountz Cain; his stepfather Bryan Cain; his son Brendon Mercer of Sandusky; his siblings, Christopher Mountz of Vermont and Elyse Zelasko (Jon); his niece Ellie Zelasko; and his aunts and uncles, Nancy, Mark Preteroti, Bob Mountz, Bonnie, Roger Vulcan, Jim, Janice Mountz, Betty, Bob Wright, Andrea Illig, Pam Cooper, Becky Ackerman, Andrew Luketic, Evie Yardley, Tim Luketic, Candy Rogers and Jeff Cain. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
