He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Henry and Wilma Tresa Cusick (Seevers); his siblings, Donald Cusick, Dean Cusick (Anita), Lucille Drummond (Denny) and Paul Cusick; his siblings-in-law, Norma, Betty Cusick and Bud Wright; and his nephews, James Cusick and Denny Lee Drummond.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Cusick (Biggins); his sons, Michael Cusick and Brian Cusick (Tracy Swearingen); his siblings, Dale Cusick and Jane Wright; and his siblings-in-law, Sarah Cusick, Anita Cusick, Peggy Felger, Gail Moore (Kenny) and Mick Biggins (Diane). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family requests that flowers be omitted and that memorial contributions be made to the funeral home to assist with John's final expenses.
