It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoAnn L. Smith of Lisbon, Ohio, born in East Liverpool, Ohio, who passed away on October 14, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy B. Watson, and Olive Watson, Sr. (McKinnon); her husband Carl S. Smith; her sons, Nick Lioi and Rocco Lioi; and her siblings, Marvella Moore, June Jones, Roy B. "Bud" Watson, Jr., Richard "Spikes" Watson and Robert Watson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kim Lioi (Rick Tomaine) of East Liverpool and Mindy Stacey (Bruce) of Lisbon; her grandson Jim Lioi of Bozeman, MT; her great grandchildren, Theodore Stacey of Canton, OH and R. J. of Barbour County, WV; and her daughter-in-law Linda Lioi of Bozeman, MT..
