He was predeceased by: his parents, John Frankford and Virginia Frankford (McCord); and his half-brothers, Archie Bower, William "Catfish" Frankford and Jack Frankford.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia L. Frankford (Reed); his children, Pamela Estes (Jeff), Nadine Kale and James Frankford; his sister Carolyn Hunt; and his grandchildren, Eric Barron, Mark Barron, Coleen Corman (JR), Bryan Barron, Harlie Kale and Eva Frankford. He is also survived by several great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
