We are sad to announce that on January 20, 2025, at the age of 86, James Leake of Lisbon, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edwin Leake and Dorothy Mullins (Pickeral); and his wife Elsie Ann Leake (Dawson). He is survived by: his children, Beckie Colvin (Terry) of Lisbon, Bettina Leake (Rob Wright) of Lisbon and Bruce Leake (Marti) of Lisbon; his brothers-in-law, Ralph Dawson (Cynthia) of North Carolina and Jerry Dawson (Sandy) of Salem; his grandchildren, Andrew Allan Colvin, Aaron James Colvin, Stacie Marie Leake, Jamie Lynn Leake-Haddox, Brooke Quinn, Katie Harrold Saling (Andy) and John Harrold; his great grandchildren, Haiden (Tabby), Abigail, Easton, Camdyn, Logan, Kassidy, Maddison, Ryleigh, Erica, Paisley, Maverick, Addison and Ethan; and his great great grandchild Liliana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Eells-Leggett-Stauffer Funeral Home (215 W Lincoln Way, Lisbon, OH 44432). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
