He was predeceased by: his father Michael R. Calkins; and his grandparents, John, Jane Calkins, Kessel and Sudia McComas.
He is survived by: his son Keegan Calkins; his mother Betty Calkins (McComas) of East Liverpool; his nephews, Nicholas Pittenger (Emily), Joey Pittenger (Matt), Collin Warrick of East Liverpool and Christopher (Jeremy Pietryk); and his pet Layla.
In compliance with Ohio state regulations with concerns of the COVID-19 virus masks must be worn at all times in the funeral home.
