She was predeceased by: her parents, James Butream and Thelma Butream (Knotman); her husband Raymond R. Donnalley, Sr.; her son Raymond R. Donnally, Jr.; and her siblings, Eunice Marie Seidner, Carol Jean Malmsberry and James Butream, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughter Carey Stowers (Craig) of East Liverpool; her daughter-in-law Linda Donnalley of Lisbon; her brothers, Donald (Jeanne) of Lisbon, Dwayne "Danny" Butream (late Tizzy) of Lisbon and Shannon Butream of Las Vegas, NV; her sister-in-law Bertha Butream of Lisbon; and her grandchildren, Melanie Glosser (Ryan) of Leetonia and DJ Stanley of Glenmoor. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren; a great great grandson; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
