He is survived by: his parent Doris Elliott (Charlton); his wife Linda Elliott (Tredway); his children, Paula Jo Elliott of Lisbon, OH, Tamara Lynn Elliott, Tonia Ray Gagne (Thomas Lohsandt) of Warner Robins, GA, Harold Edward "Ed" Elliott (Carlos Equardo) of New York City, NY, Scott Elliott (Tracey), Kelly Sue Alderman (Andrew) of Broxton, GA, Troy Elliott (Judy) of Wellsburg, WV and Todd Elliott (Yolanda) of Wellsburg, WV; his siblings, Ray Elliott (Lee), Charles Elliott (Wanda) and Wilma Roth (Gary) of Wellsburg, WV; and his grandchildren, Johnny, Laken, Remi, Ashton, Tate, Tucker, Achilles, Arolyn, Amos, Lucas, Ben, Maria, Theresa Jo, Drake and Lance. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
