She was predeceased by: her parents, Evan F. Loch and Thelma Loch (Carlisle); and her brother Randall Loch. She is survived by: her children, Lesile Arter of Lisbon, Ronald Arter (Lisa) of Leetonia, Jeffrey Arter of Lisbon, Pam Armstrong (John) of Ball Ground, Georgia, Bradley Arter of Salem and Scott Arter of Leetonia. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
