He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank L. Peruchetti and Marian Jane Lisko (Lambert); his stepfather Julius Lisko; his former wife Linda Peruchetti (Minton); and his stepsister Esther Mogg.
He is survived by: his children, Gina Bettis (John), Jodie Hinchliffe (William) and Gary Peruchetti, Jr. (Dianna); his grandchildren, Aaron W., Ashton J. Hinchliffe, Kamryn J. and Nickolas G. Peruchetti; his siblings, Larry Peruchetti (Dee), Dr. Bradley Lisko, Darlene Drovdlic and Linda Lisko; and his fiancé Sandy Bowman.
