He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond H Stockman and Eleanor M. Stockman (Potts); his wife Linda L. Stockman (Felton); his siblings, Barbara Grimm, James Stockman and Raymond "Sonny" Stockman; and his grandson Raymond J. Stockman.
He is survived by: his sons, Franklin Stockman Jr. of Salem, Michael Stockman of Wellsville, Jerry Stockman (Petra) of Bamberg and Charles Stockman (Gussy) of Canton; and his siblings, Vicki Lynn Howells (Chuck) of Greenwood, SC, Lynda Stockman Long of Florida and John Stockman of Virginia. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
