He is survived by: his grandson Wade 'Hotrod Coil; his wife Donna Bell of Lisbon; his children, Jared Malmsberry of Lisbon, Heather Beagle (Ryan) of West Virginia and Amanda Malmsberry (David McCormack) of Washingtonville; his stepson Brandon Davis (Heather); his grandchildren, Hadley Beagle of West Virginia and Wade Leo 'Hotrod Coil of Washingtonville; his siblings, Lennis McCullough, Bobbie Hoover (Robert) and Dennis Bell (Joyce); and his pet Cheyenne.
