He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Todd, and Evelyn V. Todd, Sr. (Gorby); his brother John Todd, Jr.; and his brother-in-law Bob Powell. He is survived by: his siblings, Merle A. Todd (Beth), Jeff A. Todd, Dixie L. Powell and Vickie L. Conrad (Rick); his nieces and nephews, Scott Powell (Heather), Nikki Powell, Lucas Todd (Meredith), Andrea Nelsin (Steven), Brittney Varkony (Stephen), Lauryn Todd and Kayla Todd; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Zack, Jonathan, Abbey, Adisson, Stephen, Jaxon, Evelyn of Ruby, J. T., Oakley and Adelyn.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Dawson Funeral Home (215 W 5th St, East Liverpool, OH 43920). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at the Crest Haven Memorial Gardens (6086 OH-7, New Waterford, OH 44455).
