He was predeceased by: his parents, George B. Carlisle and Minnie Carlisle (Johnson); his brothers, Dale and Duane; and his grandson Trenton.
He is survived by: his sons, Donald C. of Salem and Curtis of Scio; and his siblings, Dallas Carlisle (Diane) of New Waterford, Ruth Doranzo (Lee) of Fountain Hills, AZ, Darlene Biddle (Carl) of Geneva, FL and Judy Walton (Jack) of Ravenna. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
