He was predeceased by: his former wife Chloe Clemens (Justice); his wife Shirley Clemens (Harbison); his siblings, Muriel Carter, Georgia Bowles, Wayne Homan and Tom Homan; and his granddaughter Cindy L. Pelley.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Wilson (Dick), Cindy Brandt (Bob), Willie Clemens (Kitty) and Cathy Groom; his siblings, Marlene DeLong, Norma Owens, Ray Homan and Timothy Homan; and his brother-in-law George Justice. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
