He was predeceased by: his parents, David Paugh and Ruth Paugh (Phillips); his grandson Jason Boggs; and his brothers, Glen, Lensie and Roger Paugh.
He is survived by: his wife Susan P. Paugh (Smith); his children, Carolyn Boggs, Keith Paugh (Sally), Rhonda Crabtree (Greg) and Tammie Spurlock; his grandchildren, Andy Boggs, Brian Paugh, Christi Luzik, Joe Spurlock and Jordan Russell; and his sister Jean Berry (James). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
