He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray W. Cooper and Helen Cooper (Streets); his sister Tammy Cooper; and his nephew Brian "B. J." Little. He is survived by: his daughter Jessie Rae Cooper; his siblings, Vicki West (Den), Marsha Cooper and John Cooper (Mary Jo Buckle); and his nieces and nephews, Kyle West (Lauren Jackson), Robbie Reckner (Barb Bittenger), Shane Reckner, Marcus Reckner (Mickey), Christy Kreider, Tiffany Givens (Roger), Nancy Holbrook (Danny), Jana Morehead, Desarae Rawson, Justin Cooper, Ryan Cooper, Johnny Cooper and Bobby Williams.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dawson Funeral Home (215 W 5th St, East Liverpool, OH 43920). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
