He was predeceased by: his father Harry Kyser Jr.; and his brother Darrel Joseph Kyser. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Merino Hershey (David) of Columbiana; his children, Tiffani Kyser (Paul Popovich) of Warren and Damian Phillips of Salem; and his siblings, Lorakay Levatino (Matt) of Laplace, LA and Mark Kyser (JoAnn) of Leetonia. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
