She was predeceased by: her parents, Avery Hawthorne and Grace Hawthorne (Peggs); her husband Dean Rose; her siblings, Wilbur Hawthorne (Martha), Naomi Sebrell (Kenneth) and Fay Lynn; and her brothers-in-law, Glen Rose and Judd McCamon.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Tad Rose (Kelli) and Cindy Warrington (Bud); her grandchildren, NeeNee, Justin Garwood (Jamie), Brandon Garwood (Emily), Megan Bitzenhofer (Bob), Jessica Lauber (Jacob) and Tessa Rose; her great grandchildren, Maddie Garwood, Bailey Garwood, Mason, Molly and Mark Lauber; her siblings, Jack Hawthorne (Betty), Margaret McCamon and Virginia Flugan (Dennis); and her siblings-in-law, Jerry Rose, Dave Rose (Inez) and Elaine Rose.
