He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Lipscomb and Jeanetta Lipscomb (Sally Adkins); his sister-in-law Barbara Lipscomb; and his niece Bridget Reed. He is survived by: his daughter Erica Franklin (John) of Austintown; his granddaughter Gabriella Franklin of Austintown; his siblings, Joyce Mays (Don) of East Liverpool and Bill Lipscomb of Wellsville; and his pet Chance. He is also survived by nephew and three nieces.
