Carole L. Porter Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carole L. Porter (Lisbon, Ohio), who passed away on March 5, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Carole shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Carole farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Pitts and Kathryn Reese Pitts; and her husband Charles E. Porter. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Abigail and Dave; and her brother David Pitts.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM and at 3:30 PM.
Her final days were spent surrounded by family at St. Mary's Alzheimer's Center in Columbiana, Ohio, where she was compassionately cared for.
