He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Williams and Bammie Williams (Renick). He is survived by: his brother John Williams; his nephews, Rusty Williams II (Tammy), Mark Williams, Brian Williams and Chris Williams; his great-niece Kaylee Williams; and his great-nephew Caleob Williams.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Dawson Funeral Home (215 W 5th St, East Liverpool, OH 43920). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at the Calcutta Cemetery (16123 St Clair Ave, East Liverpool, OH 43920).
