He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron Adam and Vadna Kelly (Williard); his sons, Jeff and Brad "Dutch" Kelly; and his siblings, Marjorie Willer, Jean Shea and Richard Kelly.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Kelly (Schramm); his children, Jay Thomas Kelly of Hanoverton, Bret Kelly (Michelle) of Fayetteville, Elizabeth "Zeb" McFarlane (Tim) of Indiana and Melissa Carter (Scott) of Calhoun, Georgia; and his grandchildren, Alana Kelly, Sydney McFarlane, Brendan Kelly, Emma Kelly, Reese McFarlane, Liam McFarlane, Graham McFarlane, Grady Carter, Grant Kelly, Gavin Kelly, Callum McFarlane, Aislin Carter, Brylie Carter and Keegan Carter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
