She was predeceased by: her husband William Conrad, Sr.; and her parents, Paul Chamberlain and Velma Chamberlain. She is survived by: her sons, William, Jr. Conrad (Tina) and Rick Conrad (Vickie); her grandchildren, Brittney Varkony (Stephen), Nicci West (Tim), B. J. Conrad (Cristy), Sam Conrad, John Conrad, Mikala Conrad (David Taylor) and Zack Conrad; her daughter Alma Claypool (Larry); and her brother Robert Chamberlain (Jean). She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren and a special niece.
The family requests, in lieu of flowers, to make donations in Betty's name to the West Point Nazarene Church, 13334 West Point Road, Lisbon, OH 44432.
