He is survived by: his parent June Byers Berkheimer; his wife Mary Gilbert Berkheimer; his children, Melody Alflen (John) of Leetonia, Tammy Kalbfell of Lisbon and John Berkheimer of Lisbon; his grandchildren, Dylan, Dustin, Cassandra, Maria, Christopher, Shelly and Daniel; his son Ralph Berkheimer; and his great grandchild Brandy of Kalbfell. He is also survived by 3 sisters; and twin siblings.
