He is survived by: his parents, Paul L. Smith and Judith Smith (Taylor) of Hanoverton; his wife Connie Smith; his daughters, Angela Smith (Dan Shafer) of Salem, Marcia Smith of Negley and Elizabeth Smith of Findlay; his siblings, Lisa Schwartz (Dave), Steven Smith (Marlana), Shelly Martin (Scott), Curtis Ferguson (Patricia), Corinne Gibson (Robert), Christie Hattery and Cindy Ferguson; his grandchildren, Jerrianna and C. J.; his great grandchild Jhene; and his pets, Jordy and Charlie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
