He is survived by: his parents, Tricia Holman Hammon and Andrew Scott Hammon, Sr.; his brothers, Daniel Hammon and Joseph Hammon; his grandparents, Tom, Dreama Holman of Wellsville, Chris Hammon of East Liverpool and Dale Hammon (Dawn) of East Liverpool; his great-grandparent Maxine Shreve of New Springfield; his aunts and uncles, Ruth Ann Crisp (David), Amber Hammon, Tommy Holman and Joshua Hammon (Reyne); his cousins, Brooklyn, Aiden, Desiree, Isabelle, Kenzie and Elliott; his friend Leslie Hanlon; and also, Brittany and Cody.
