He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Leland and Jeneva Mary Willer (Notestine); his wife Cora; his daughter-in-law Janet Willer; and his brother Leland.
He is survived by: his sons, Richard D., Andrew (Rosemary) and William Willer; his grandchildren, Shane (Laura), Brandon (April), Michael (Lisa Vogel) and Ruth Willer; and his siblings, Joyce Dennis and Jerry Willer. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
