He is survived by: his spouses, Gladys Bundschuh and Gladys Hazzard; his children, Jim Hazzard (Lisa) of Tennessee, Kim Smith (Jim), Beth Hoffman (Brian) and Rhonda Taylor (Bill); and his siblings, Ross Hazzard (Shirley) of Port Clinton, OH and Carole Fritz. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great granddaughters.
