Clark of Lindsey, Ohio, born in Fremont, Ohio, who passed away on January 1, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle D. Clark and Louise M. Clark (Kotalik); and his close friend Greg. He is survived by:, Janie, Clarissa, Taylor, Lisa, Ashley, Kim, Santi, Chasity and Rebecca.
