She was predeceased by: her parents, Cletus Bundschuh and Flossie Bundschuh (Bardus); her husband Richard Hazzard; and her siblings, Patrick Bundschuh, Anna Rose and Richard Bundschuh.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Hazzard (Lisa) of Tennessee, Kim Smith (Jim), Beth Hoffman (Brian) and Rhonda Taylor (Bill); and her sister Beatrice Grobe of Iowa. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great granddaughters.
