With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Beneda Marilyn Opelt (Lindsey, Ohio), who passed away on December 23, 2019 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Benjamin Burkett and Edith Burkett (Overmyer); her husband Frank Opelt; her children, Pam Hoffmann, Jeff Opelt (Christine) and Lindsey; and her grandchildren, Andrea Smith (Ryan), Andrew Hoffmann, Benjamin Opelt, Kathryn Golden (Bryan), Allison Eaglen (Matthew) and Aaron Opelt (Janelle).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lindsey Trinity United Methodist Church.
