She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Taviano and Ada Taviano (Numbers); her husband Gary R. West; her daughter Andrea Miller; and her brothers, Joey, Tim and John Taviano.

She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Blubaugh (Andrew) of Wadsworth, Melinda Spoerke of Wadsworth and Melanie Ritchey (David) of Navarre, FL; her grandchildren, Ben, Nathan, Emma, Evelyn, Jonah, Jack and Gabe; and her siblings, Rock Taviano (Janelle), Steve Taviano (Becky), Jeff Taviano (Diane), Amelita Taviano Cox, Theresa Cox (Harold), Kathy Moore (Glenn) and Becky Reed (Bill). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be given to West Ohio Food Bank or Putnam County Hospice.
